We heard you loud and clear. We've worked on a new Chatbuddy Merchant Portal that will help you not only take a quick glance at your online business, but also manage orders, see messages you've sent, and check on customers.

A New Merchant Portal

If it's a quick glance you need at how your business is doing, the new Chatbuddy Merchant Portal is something you'll want to check out.


From total customers to new ones you've met, orders you've received as well as any email and SMS you've sent to build your relationship with your valued customers--the dashboard is your quick glance at how your online business is doing, from your chatbot's perspective.




The portal also gives you the ability to see not only order-related data, but also customer records and history that goes through your chatbot.

Manage Orders Easily

The new portal allows you to easily check on each order that goes through your chatbot.




You can mark orders as you process them. You can verify orders as paid if you do manual verification, moving them along your process flow. Easily change the delivery status to shipped as well when you've dispatched your customers' purchases!




Of course, if you opt for online payments and real-time shipping, these values are updated automatically and you don't have to worry about going in and updating them manually.
